Croeso! In Dosbarth Afon we currently have 12 Year 4 pupils and 21 Year 5 pupils. Mrs Lewis is the class teacher and the children are supported in their learning by Miss Kincaid. 

Some general information about our class:

P.E. - Every Monday (Outdoor PE) and every Friday (Indoor PE)

😊Please can pupils wear P.E. kit (white t-shirt and black shorts) and trainers to school on both days.

😊During colder weather (after October half-term until Feb/March) pupils can wear black/dark coloured joggers or leggings.

 

Book Bags and Reading Diaries - Every Day

😊Please can pupils bring their books and reading diaries to school every day.   

😊Please listen to your child read at least three times a week and sign in their reading diaries, noting the pages read to you.

😊Pupils can bring a small pencil case to school. Space is limited so, the smaller, the better!

 

 

Fruit and Water bottles

 

😊Currently, we are asking pupils to bring in their own fruit if they would like something to eat at breaktimes.  We ask that you provide your child with fresh fruit for the morning break. This comes from Welsh Governments ‘Heathy eating in Schools’ regulations.

😊We would also encourage all children to bring in a reusable water bottle, which they can keep in the classroom so that they can drink water throughout the day.
